Denis Chernov was born on May 22, 1978. Lives and works in Kharkov. In 1998 he graduated from the Kharkov Art College. In 2004 he graduated from Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts (Fine Arts faculty, specialization "Graphics"). Denis Chernov participated in Ukrainian and international exhibitions (more than 60 exhibitions) . His works are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Greece, England, Spain, Italy, France, USA, Canada, Japan, successfully sold at auction "Christie's".
He works in a variety of graphic and painting techniques, prefers pencil drawing. Range of genres: landscape, portrait, nude, illustration, figure compositions, literary and historical reminiscences.

2004-2006 - teacher of special subjects in Kharkov Art College.

2006 - Denis Chernov organized the creative association "INSIGHT".
At the moment - a teacher of drawing at Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts .
Since 2008 - a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.

He was awarded the medal "Talent and Vocation" by International Association "Peacemaker".

He is a winner of the nomination "drawing" in ARC-salon 2009 (Art Renewal Center), graphic leaf "Boat" in 2001.
